You accept the General Conditions from the moment you want a ticket (our product). This document can be printed and stored by you, Football Idols Events makes available to you the email address info@footballidolsevents.com so that you can raise any questions about the General Conditions.
Acquire tickets
In order to place an order, you must be over 18 years of age, have the capacity to contract and have internet access to connect to https://footballidolsevents.com/en/eventos/.
You can only place the order through our online store at https://footballidolsevents.com/en/. Orders that arrive in a different way will not be accepted without first consulting info@footballidolsevents.com.
To purchase a ticket, you must first indicate the number of units you want (by clicking on the “+” or “-” signs of the corresponding event). Then click on the “Purchase Tickets” button, which will take you to the “Cart Page”, where after verifying that your order is correct you can click on the “Finish Purchase” button.
Already on the “Complete Purchase Page”, you must indicate your identification information (so that we can send you the ticket by email), as well as your card information to charge for the tickets.
The accepted payment method is “Card Payment”, carried out through the secure e-commerce service Stripe.
Entrega de las entradas
Once your order is accepted, we will send you a digital ticket to the email provided in the shopping cart form.
Once the purchase is made, Football Idols Events will send customers an email with the product (entrance to the event). If you require an invoice or have any problems with receiving your ticket, please contact us at info@footballidolsevents.com.
Prices
The price of the products includes the corresponding VAT tax and will be as indicated in your order and/or invoice.
The VAT tax at the applicable rate indicated on your invoice, will be at your expense. “Intra-community purchases cannot be made through our online store”.
Access to events
On the day of the event, you must show your printed ticket or in digital format (on your mobile) to access it.
The person who receives you will have a list of those attending the event, and will need to verify that you and your ticket match our attendee list.
Satisfaction, return and right of withdrawal
Tickets to events are not refundable under any circumstances. Still, if you have had an unforeseen event, contact our team via email info@footballidolsevents.com, and we will see what we can do for you.
